Miss texas

Texas. For the young journalist, Katharina Fahlke, it feels like a backwards, macho place. However, her friend, Lilly, has an unshakable love for the Lone Star state. She awakens Katharina's curiosity, persuading Katharina to spend a few weeks on Lilly's father's ranch. There, she meets a cowboy, Greg O'Neill, who has as many prejudices against her as she has against him. For Greg, Katharina is a snobby city girl, the type of woman he does not trust at all. Despite their differences, love blooms in the Texan desert, and soon Katharina finds herself leaving Berlin and moving in with Greg. She finds a grounding in the simplicity of country living that has been missing from her life in Germany. But can the sophisticated city girl adapt to the conservative hotspot of America and survive her new tough job as a cowgirl?
